What we collect

- Newsletter subscription details when you opt in

- Chat conversation transcripts when you explicitly consent in the chat widget (see Chat transcripts below)
Chat transcripts
When you use our on-site AI chat assistant and opt in to transcript storage, we store your messages (with sensitive data such as payment card numbers automatically redacted) to improve service quality. Transcripts for non-converted conversations are retained for up to 180 days; transcripts linked to a lead inquiry may be retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion by emailing info@nexumainet.com.
Chat messages are processed by third-party AI providers (Groq and Google Gemini) under configurations that do not use your data for model training. Provider API keys are never exposed to your browser.
How we use data
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, improve service delivery, and send requested newsletter updates.
Data retention
Lead and newsletter data are stored in Supabase and retained only as long as needed for business and compliance purposes.
